Q: We want to grow our regional base of donor support and we need a comprehensive fundraising software application to plan budget and manage and track our performance.  I have less than 3,000 active donors and 1,000 other records.  Am I too small a client for your fundraising software TMGProfile?

A: There are three license models available for clients.  Intranet, Internet-self managed and Internet TMG Managed.  We would suggest you schedule an on-line demonstration of Profile using the internet license model.  Running the application on our servers provides you an affordable fundraising tool set.  Monthly license costs begin with fixed operational costs at $500 per month with an unlimited number of users.    

Q: Our Board of Directors wants to know if our 5 year old organization can  compete for donor contributions and major gifts in the mail.  What can we provide them for information?

A: Direct mail fundraising remains the most accurate measurement of donor solicitation.  Conducting the initial test program if well planned can produce results that will provide an answer to both questions. In preparation there are several points worth mentioning:

Q: Is there additional lists I can rent outside of my core market to grow my base of support?

A: Traditionally core lists [fundraising lists] rank the highest in list priority.  Secondary lists can consist of subscriber and merchandise lists, and tertiary lists could be considered compiled lists. 

Secondary and tertiary lists while providing a larger marketing universe may experience lower response rates than core lists.  Overlays can be added to list purchases to tighten the selects. Many organizations exchange names enhancing the chances of prospecting.
